Linda Anderson

Linda is the Managing Partner and a high-level brand strategist who always thinks ahead of the curve. She began her career as a copywriter and quickly discovered her passion and instincts for strategy. Her devotion to learning the brand intricacies of each client’s business adds infinite value to whatever she touches. Linda has engaged our clients by helping them identify their company’s internal and external brand, define how the brand promise is delivered to customers and prospects, and identify growth strategies to become more profitable. A true visionary whose mantra is Innovation, Linda is credited with reinventing and rebranding her own company, transforming it from an advertising agency and design firm into a brand marketing and communications powerhouse.

Donna Harris

Donna has an extensive experience in the complex worlds of financial services and healthcare. This includes handling major initiatives and programs for clients such as Bank of America, Armstrong, Ephrata Community Hospital, and Pottstown Area Health & Wellness Foundation. A former marketing manager at a regional bank, Donna can best understand, respond to, and anticipate the individual needs of clients. She consistently delivers the highest standards of service-driven excellence and enjoys beating the expectations of all her clients.

Keith Heberling

Keith’s career spans almost 30 years from design to Web development to account management. With considerable experience in home products, lawn & garden and pet industries, his personal passions are reflected in his work with companies such as the United Pet Group Aquatics, where Keith brings his avid pondkeeping and pet hobbyist experience to bear. His extensive independent retail and mass channel experience has proved invaluable to clients such as TetraPond, Instant Ocean, Marineland, Armstrong World Industries, Root-Lowell, Glen-Gery Brick and others.

Nancy L. Hohns

A natural-born dynamo, Nancy offers dual-disciplined communications experience in marketing and public relations. With her formidable conceptual skills and an all-encompassing knowledge of the multi-media landscape, she is adept at producing innovative campaigns, stellar events, unique promotional concepts and brand-centric publicity programs in the consumer, retail, food, hospitality and trade marketing arenas. Her experience includes orchestrating the high-impact public relations activities for the American Pet Products Manufacturers Association, Topdeq, and the Just Born candy company. She has also held key executive positions at JCPenney, Swank Eyewear and John Wanamaker. Nancy’s innate sense of style and fascination with trends and forecasting keeps her on the cutting edge.

Dyan Risser

Chief Financial Officer
Dyan oversees two of the most critical aspects of running our business: people (our valuable inventory) and money. As our Chief Financial Officer and Human Resources Director, Dyan has played a key role in our company’s growth and success for over 15 years.  In addition, she oversees client media planning and buying, the development of new strategic partnerships, facilities planning, and technology support. Her passion for details and big picture thinking is evident in every project she handles—whether renovating our lobby or revamping our accounting system.
 

Roger Schein

Roger is an unusual breed among creative directors, having been trained as a landscape architect at Rhode Island School of Design. His extensive background in brand development, copywriting, design and marketing communications includes creating campaigns and brand solutions for many regional, national and international accounts. These include Bank of America, Best Foods, National Penn Bank, Pfizer Animal Health, Sweet Street Desserts and United Pet Group. When he’s not helping clients nurture and grow their businesses, you can find Roger cultivating another side of his creativity in, where else, his garden.
