The Anderson Group has had its hands in the lawn and garden industry, as well as the pet industry, from our earliest days in business. We began by helping to establish the Lyric Wild Bird Food brand as “the leader at the feeder” for Stanford Seed Company (later purchased by Lebanon Seaboard). Since then, our packaging and in-store merchandising experience with independent retailers has further evolved as clients began to develop new product lines for mass channels such as Lowe's, Home Depot, Wal-Mart, PetSmart and PETCO. With TetraPond, we integrated a key driver research component to further understand consumer buying habits and brand preferences. We applied these insights to improved packaging, plan-o-grams and support programs. The research findings were used to inform big box merchandise buyers that TetraPond had the advantage of truly understanding the needs of the customer.
